Terms of Service for StackClock
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Welcome to StackClock!
These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of StackClock (https://stackclock.app) and the services provided by OhMyLabs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using StackClock, you agree to these Terms, our Terms of Use (https://stackclock.app/terms-of-use), our Privacy Policy (https://stackclock.app/privacy) and our Cookie Policy (https://stackclock.app/cookies).
1. What StackClock does
StackClock puts every deadline that can break your stack on one timeline: domain and TLS certificate expiry, the keys, licenses and subscriptions you enter, vendor deprecations, deprecated packages, known vulnerabilities and end-of-life dates. It reminds you by email, Slack or webhook before they hit.
2. It's an early warning, not a guarantee
Our data comes from registries, vendors and public databases (RDAP/WHOIS, npm, PyPI, the Go proxy, OSV.dev, endoflife.date, vendor changelogs). They can be wrong or late, we can misread a vendor's announcement, and an alert can arrive late or not at all. You stay responsible for renewing your domains, certificates, keys and licenses and for keeping your software up to date.
3. Your account
You sign in with an email link, Google or a passkey. Keep your email and devices secure. Workspace owners decide who gets access and can require two-factor authentication. You must be 16 or older to use StackClock.
4. Never store secrets
Don't put passwords, API keys, private keys or license keys into StackClock. We only need metadata, like a key's name and its expiry date, and we reject input that looks like a secret.
5. Plans and trials
There's a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Team); what's included is on https://stackclock.app/pricing. Team is unlimited for normal team use, with a fair-use ceiling of 20,000 assets and 20,000 packages per workspace. Need more? Email us.
Paid plans come with a 14-day free trial, once per workspace. A card is required. Stripe emails you before the trial ends, and if you don't cancel, the subscription starts automatically.
6. Payments and refunds
Payments are handled by Stripe, in US dollars, billed in advance monthly or yearly. Team is billed per member, adjusted automatically when your team changes. Taxes are added where required.
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund partial periods, unless the law requires it.
If a payment fails, paid features stay on for 7 days while Stripe retries. After that the workspace moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept.
If we change our prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal.
7. Your data
Your data is yours. We only use it to run StackClock for you, and we never sell it. Owners can export a workspace anytime. Deleted workspaces and accounts can be restored for 14 days, then they're gone for good (backups roll over within 14 days).
When you add a domain, you confirm you own it or are allowed to monitor it, and you let us check its registration and certificate regularly.
8. Fair play
Follow the acceptable use rules in our Terms of Use. If you abuse StackClock, attack other systems with it, or don't pay, we may suspend or close your account.
9. Liability
StackClock is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, such as an expired domain, a missed alert or lost revenue, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months (or $100, whichever is higher).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you're a consumer, you keep the protections of the laws where you live.
11. Updates to the Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change matters, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies.
